Youth Golf Coach

About the role

TGA Premier Sports is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated part-time Youth Golf Coach to join our team. In this role, you will lead golf programs for youth in a fun, non‑competitive environment, helping kids cultivate their skills while fostering a love for the game.

Responsibilities

• Lead golf programs for youth in a fun, non‑competitive environment, helping kids cultivate their skills while fostering a love for the game.
• Ensure all classes are engaging, educational, and aligned with TGA's curriculum.
• Provide individualized attention to students.
• Motivate students to improve and celebrate their successes.
• Apply creativity in coaching while following a structured curriculum designed to enhance player development.
• Coach in after‑school programs and clinics.
• Conduct camps, clinics, and leagues.

Requirements

• Prior experience in coaching golf, preferably with youth.
• Reliable transportation to various coaching locations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate, inspire, and connect with children.
• Must have a Level I IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card or be willing to obtain one.
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
• Positive attitude and a passion for teaching sports to children.
