Youth Flag Football Site Supervisor

Description

The Youth Flag Football Site Supervisor oversees league operations during game days by supervising staff, preparing fields, ensuring games run safely and on schedule, assisting participants and spectators, and maintaining league equipment and facilities.

Essential Duties

• Prepare fields and equipment prior to league play.
• Serve as supervisor of referees and other game-day staff.
• Ensure games begin on time and operate according to league policies.
• Provide excellent customer service to coaches, parents, and participants.
• Respond to injuries, emergencies, and weather situations following department procedures.
• Complete accident reports and other required documentation.
• Set up, organize, and secure league equipment before and after games.
• Ensure fields and surrounding areas are clean and free of hazards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Current First Aid certification required.
• Ability to work Saturday mornings and Wednesday evenings throughout the season.
• Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
