About the role
Responsible for officiating youth flag football games, ensuring fair play and adherence to league rules.
Responsibilities
- Enforce game rules and regulations
- Ensure player safety and conduct
- Manage timekeeping and scorekeeping
- Resolve disputes and conflicts between players and coaches
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in sports officiating or related field
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Physical fitness suitable for active participation in sports
Skills
- Knowledge of youth sports development
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to make quick decisions
