Soccer Shots North Alabama seeks a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as a recruiter. This role involves engaging with potential coaches who share our commitment to making a positive impact on children's lives through soccer.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and screen potential coaches for our soccer sessions
• Prepare coaches by ensuring they are familiar with our program’s values and expectations
• Communicate effectively with coaches to ensure a smooth transition into their roles
• Support coaches in developing their skills and confidence
• Ensure all coaches are prepared and punctual for their sessions

Requirements

• Love for kids and soccer
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible schedule to accommodate multiple days and times

Qualifications

• No prior soccer coaching experience required
• Willingness to learn and grow within our program
