Youth Enablement Coordinator (Part-Time)

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain tool kits and resource packages for youth program partners, ensuring materials are current, clear, and on-brand.
  • Lead youth procurement efforts, researching vendors and sourcing promotional items while driving cost efficiencies wherever possible.
  • Track, organize, and fulfill promo item inventory to support events, campaigns, and partner deliverables.
  • Design, field, and analyze surveys and voice-of-customer research to gather feedback on youth programs and initiatives.
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards that measure campaign performance, event attendance, survey results, and other key metrics for the youth department.
  • Own the youth marketing content calendar, coordinating timing across campaigns, events, web updates, and partner communications to keep all workstreams aligned.
  • Support the onboarding of new youth partners and community organizations, helping them get oriented to processes, resources, and expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with the youth and marketing departments to ensure operational needs are met across all active initiatives.
  • Take ownership of assignments and complete them with positivity and attention to detail.
  • Jump in wherever needed to help the team succeed.
  • Bring fresh energy and ideas to the team and exemplify a team-player mindset.

Qualifications

  • A hard-working, self-motivated person who is organized, reliable, and thrives in a project-based environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred; relevant experience considered.
  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing operations, project coordination, or a related role preferred.
  • Comfortable working with data and reporting tools; experience with Excel, Google Sheets, or similar platforms a plus.
  • Experience with survey platforms (e.g., SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics) and project management tools (e.e., Asana, Monday.com) preferred.
  • Ability to work a non-traditional schedule as sports and entertainment events may require, including extended days, holidays, and weekends on an occasional basis.
