About the role

Damar is a leading provider of behavioral health and intellectual and developmental disability (I/DD) services. We are seeking passionate individuals with or without experience as an Enhanced Acuity Technician to join our mission-driven team.

Responsibilities

• Perform natural environment training, skills-based treatment, data collection, and intensive intervention services.
• Provide direct support to individuals who reside at Damar Services.
• Assist the treatment team in evaluating clinical services.
• Client supervision and care.
• Crisis management.
• Promote appropriate social behaviors.
• Support clients in achieving their maximum potential.

Where would I work with clients?

You could work on our Richmond campus located at 2000 Wernle Rd Richmond, IN 47374.

Hours

• Day shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM with weekend rotation.
• Night shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM with weekend rotation.

What You Need To Be Considered

• Be at least 21 to work in our Children's Residential program.
• Be able to provide formal proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Have a valid Indiana driver’s license and a driving record that meets eligibility requirements of Damar’s insurance carrier.
• Be clear of any felony convictions, substantiated charges of neglect, or other disqualifying criminal convictions.
• Successfully complete a pre-employment physical.
• Favorably meet and maintain Damar’s background screening.
