Direct Care Staff

About the role

Support clients with independent living skills (cooking, budgeting, hygiene), assist clients with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges, plan and organize schedules to promote goal achievement, and document client progress via case notes.

Requirements

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong communicator and problem solver
• Comfortable working independently in one-on-one settings
• Behavioral health experience a plus, but not required

Pay

$19.50/hour plus mileage reimbursement for drivers.
