Direct Care Staff

About the role

Wage is $16 per hour. We have one part time position open working:

• Wk 1: Wednesday/Thursday 4p-7p, Friday 2:30p-10p, Saturday 10a-8p
• Wk 2: Sunday 10-8p, Thursday 2:30p-10p, Friday 4p-8p
• Thur/Fri 2:30p-10p, Sat 10a-8p

Responsibilities

Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve.

Experience ownership and trust from your leaders to do what’s right for participants.

Take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities.

Assist people with their personal hygiene.

Support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.

Requirements

• Educational requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent not required.
• Experience: We provide paid training.
