Responsibilities

• Be proud of rewarding work helping people grow, learn, and live well
• Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve
• Experience ownership and trust from your leaders to do what’s right for participants
• Take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities
• Assist people with their personal hygiene
• Support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs

Requirements

• Education: No High School Diploma required in MN
• Experience: We provide paid training
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
• Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance

Pay

$16 per hour

Schedule

• Week 1: Tuesday 10p - 6a, Wk 2: Tuesday and Thursday 10p - 6a and every other Saturday and Sunday 7a - 2p, Tuesday and Thursday 3p - 8p and every other Saturday 7a - 2p and Sunday 9a - 2p
• Week 1: Sunday 2p - 10p, Monday, Wednesday, Friday 3p - 10p, Week 2: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 3p - 10p, Saturday 2p - 10p
