Responsibilities
- Provide individualized support to youth in foster care
- Facilitate group activities that promote social and emotional growth
- Collaborate with other professionals to develop comprehensive care plans
- Maintain accurate records and report progress to relevant parties
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience working with youth in foster care or similar settings
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with trauma-informed care principles
- Knowledge of child welfare systems and policies
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
Salary range: $30,000 - $40,000 annually
