Role and Responsibilities
- Communicate student issues to Day Reporting Program Manager
- Affiliation with coordination of transportation services for students, as needed
- Affiliation with daily supervision of program participants during academic enrichment activities, physical and recreational activities, field trip activities, and social emotional development activities
- Small group facilitation
- Attendance to Probation/DCS appointments and Court hearings as needed
- Maintain a positive, nurturing, and uplifting environment for all program participants
- Affiliation with record keeping, data collection, and student assessments
- Communication with parents and families of program participants
- Any other duties as directed by leadership as needed
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Minimum 25 years of age
- Valid Driver’s License
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalency in experience
- 3 years demonstrated experience working with youth and families
- 3 years demonstrated experience in group facilitation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great collaboration and teamwork skills
- Basic computer skills
- Experience with delivering Trauma Informed Care principles
- Must pass all DCS required background checks
