What You Will Be Doing
- Facilitating one-hour life skill workshops for high school students covering subjects like public speaking, concentration, and giving and receiving feedback, followed by evaluating mastery via a structured Test2Pass assessment
- Conducting daily motivation sessions that leverage Coachbot analytics to engage with individual students, determine where they're encountering difficulty in their learning apps, and help them overcome obstacles
- Developing personalized motivational approaches with students, including reward systems and incentives that encourage self-directed advancement in their academic applications
- Examining curriculum and lesson plans prior to each session, then adjusting your approach based on your assessment of student engagement and understanding
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Delivering instruction in academic subjects
- Overseeing school operations or supervising staff
- Enforcing discipline through conventional authority

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any subject
- 3+ years of experience working directly with high school students (ages 13-18)
- Willing to work in-person in Oklahoma City, OK (relocation assistance available)
Nice-to-have Requirements
- Experience as an athletic coach, camp counselor, or youth program leader who has inspired teenagers in non-traditional classroom settings
- Demonstrated success guiding groups toward quantifiable objectives (completion rates, performance benchmarks, behavior change)
- Familiarity with adaptive learning platforms or educational technology tools
- Ability to tell stories that capture and maintain teenage attention, delivered with cultural sensitivity and authenticity

- This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position
- The position is immediately available
- The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year
