Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the treatment team, ensuring adherence to clinical standards and protocols.

- Conduct regular progress assessments and document client progress in treatment records.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in mental health or related field.
- Valid state license/certification in relevant field (e.g., LCSW, LMFT).
- Experience working with adolescents and their families.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
