About the role
The Youth Day Treatment program at Community Counseling Center (CCC) provides services to youth in grades K-5th who require a step-down or an alternative to inpatient care or partial hospitalization. The Day Treatment Program serves persons who need a structured, behavioral health setting for daytime activities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct individual, group, and family therapy with assigned clients.
- Work with an integrated treatment team, including case managers and the psychiatrist to provide consistent care.
- Work alongside school staff to meet the needs of the students/clients.
- Maintain records according to clinical policies and procedures in a timely fashion.
- Aid in psychological evaluations.
- Communicate with parents/guardians regarding the needs, behaviors, etc. of the child.
- Provide therapy services at other YDT program locations as required by agency need.
Requirements
- At minimum must hold either a LMSW or PLPC* Provisional License.
- Minimum Required Qualifications: Master's degree in social work, counseling, or related human services field.
- Valid provisional license required(LMSW or PLPC); License preferred.
- Experience working with children and families, as well as skills necessary to facilitate positive change in a school environment.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.

- Expertise in facilitating therapeutic activities that align with the child's individualized treatment plan.
- Ability to collaborate closely with the child's Treatment Team.
- Strong communication skills to communicate with parents/guardians.
- Knowledge of clinical policies and procedures.

Pay
$50,620.00 - 53,120.00/year based upon experience/licensure

Monday-Friday: 7:30am - 4:00pm
