Youth Counselor Overnight- Ebensburg

About the role

Working the overnight shift at Adelphoi’s Manor Enhanced Supervision program in Ebensburg, PA, you will work alongside a co‑worker to perform regular checks throughout the night, assist any youth who have needs, and in the morning start their day and hand over responsibilities to the day shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular safety and well‑being checks throughout the overnight shift.
• Assist youth who may have needs during the night.
• In the morning, start the youth’s day and transfer responsibilities to the day shift (leaving at 7:00 AM on weekdays; weekend shifts may end later).

Requirements

• Ability to safely perform physical interventions and restraints on individuals weighing 200+ pounds using approved techniques.
• Capable of standing, walking, and responding quickly throughout the shift.
• Must complete and maintain Adelphoi’s crisis intervention / restraint training certification.
• Pass any required physical abilities assessment.

Schedule
