Endurance Climbing is seeking a friendly, dependable team member who genuinely loves climbing and enjoys working with kids. The ideal candidate will be personable, self‑motivated, attentive, and excited to contribute to our climbing community.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests at the front desk.
• Maintain a clean and organized facility.
• Assist with daily operations of the gym.
• Proactively identify and complete projects that help the gym run smoothly.

Requirements

• Experience coaching and leading youth climbing classes.
• Ability to create a fun, encouraging, and safe environment for young climbers.

Qualifications

• Personable and able to engage with members of all ages.
