Youth Care Worker - Evening Shift
About the role

Responsibilities
- Teach vital life skills and monitor youth behavior
- Create a safe and positive living environment
- Support youth academic success and personal development
- Transport youth to appointments, school, and activities
- Absorb and participate in mediation and planning conferences with youth and their families
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Current CPR and nationally recognized personal restraint model obtained during pre-service training
Qualifications
- Ability to manage stressful situations
- Physically and emotionally able to perform job duties
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Knowledge of child development and psychology

Pay
$18.00/hour for 2nd shift. Hiring Bonus: $2,500 (Subject to change at any time. Must apply before October 1, 2026.)
Schedule
Full-Time Shifts: 2nd shift (Evenings is 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm). Including rotating holidays and weekends
Who We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Demonstrate to criteria while maintaining current in CPR and nationally recognized personal restraint model must be obtained during pre-service training required.
