What You Will Do
- Provide 24-hour security and supervision to ensure the safety of our Youth.
- Monitor and document behaviors.
- Monitor and join the Youth during Sports and Recreation time.
- Assist and mentor the youth while they learn and develop within the program.
What You Should Have
- Possess a High School Diploma or GED.
- Have one-year experience working with at-risk youth in a direct care position OR 60 hours of college education.
- Possess a Driver’s License.
What You Get
- Starting Pay: $19 per hour.
- 4 hours of guaranteed overtime each pay period.
- $1,000 Bonus After Successful Completion of Essential Skills Training (within the first 90 Days!)

Hours
- Schedule: Our Youth Care Workers work a 12-hour workday.
- Sunday-Wednesday: B Shift (Wednesday – Saturday).
- 4/3 schedule (4 days on / 3 days off).
