About the role
Enter as a stranger leave as a friend/family. Provide safety and around-the-clock supervision for the youth in our program and support their needs through various activities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a supportive and safe environment for the youth.
- Monitor and document student behaviors and activities.
- Participate and assist with educational, social, athletic and recreational activities.
- Work in collaboration with other professional staff to establish and/or meet the goals of each student’s treatment plan.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older.
- High School Diploma or GED and 40 hours of college education or one-year experience working with youth in organized group activities.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills
- Positive attitude and ability to build relationships with youth.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Pay
$19.00/hour– Performance Based Compensation reviews are conducted annually (2%,4%, or 6%).
Schedule
Schedule B Shift - Wednesday 4PM - 10PM, Thursday 8AM - 10PM (2hr break)
