Youth Basketball Coach

About the role

Koa Sports is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization committed to shaping kids' lives through sports. We seek dedicated coaches who can lead and guide our kids both on and off the playing field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide kids in basketball skills and teamwork
• Ensure safety and positive environment for players and their families
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, and other coaches
• Show responsibility and pride in the development of each child
• Maintain reliable transportation and have a cell phone

Requirements

• Experience in basketball, including playing and coaching

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and ability to work with children

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to maintain a safe and positive environment
• Reliable transportation and cell phone

Pay

$15-$20 per hour, depending on the program

Schedule

3-10 hours per week, depending on the program
