Youth/Associate Pastor or Director

About the Role

Coinjock Baptist Church is seeking a Youth Pastor or Director to lead our youth ministries (ages 12-18). This part-time position involves providing solid biblical teaching, organizing Christian training and discipleship activities, and actively participating in church ministries as a devoted disciple and servant of Jesus Christ.

Responsibilities

• Provide solid biblical teaching and training for the youth.
• Organize and plan activities for Christian training and discipleship.
• Maintain some office hours and be actively involved in church ministries.

Qualifications

• Some seminary training or a desire to pursue seminary training is preferred.
• Ordination is not required.
• Alignment with the Baptist Faith and Message 2000 and the Southern Baptist Convention.
