The Opportunity

The primary focus of this position is to lead and build our middle and high school ministry. We want someone who can create strong ministry environments, reach new students, develop a great volunteer team, disciple students, and help build a culture students are excited to be part of and invite their friends into. We also have an existing group of young adults and a great space for that ministry to grow. We are looking for someone who can bring vision and leadership to help it become more than a Sunday School class. We want to see a real young adult ministry develop through community, hangouts, meals, friendships, discipleship, serving, outreach, and opportunities to invite others in.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Previous ministry leadership experience preferred
