Responsibilities

- Locate information in the patient record - Create and maintain records - Navigate the patient record - Assist with appointments - Answer phones - Perform basic payment collection - Order supplies - Perform inventory - Demonstrate customer service skills - Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

- Must be a current High School Student, 16 years of age or older - Interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Interest in pursuing a career in healthcare - Willingness to learn and adapt in a healthcare environment - Basic understanding of medical terminology helpful
