YOUTH APPRENTICE, FH - TRANSPORT SERVICES

About the role

Location: Milwaukee, WI – on‑site at Froedtert Hospital.

The Youth Apprentice program is a cooperative initiative between participating public high schools, local colleges, and Froedtert Health. High‑school junior or senior students will continue regular schoolwork, receive classroom training through an assigned college, and perform both clinical and non‑clinical duties in the assigned department.

Requirements

• Education: High school junior or senior. Must meet any certification/licensure requirements for the equivalent position (e.g., CNA certification for a Unit Tech) and be approved by the County Public Schools, the participating colleges, and Froedtert Health.
• Skills: Must be respectful, well‑groomed, cooperative, and able to communicate effectively with all age groups.
• Experience: No prior experience required.
