Youth Apprentice

What You'll Do

• Learn OSHA, HIPAA, infection control, and workplace safety standards.
• Absorb and support dental procedures while learning clinical techniques.
• Prepare and disinfect treatment rooms.
• Help prepare instruments, supplies, and treatment areas.
• Welcome and assist patients throughout their visit.
• Participate in radiography training and expose radiographs after completing required training and competency requirements.
• Absorb basic administrative duties and inventory management.
• Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to excellent patient care.

What We're Looking For

• A current high school student enrolled in a Youth Apprenticeship program.
• An interest in dentistry or pursuing a healthcare career.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A dependable, organized, and eager-to-learn attitude.
• The ability to maintain confidentiality and work professionally with patients and staff.
• A Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
