About the Role
Provide quality, youth-centered care that facilitates a safe and successful trajectory for youth/young adults ages who are at risk of or experiencing homelessness. Services are provided in a short-term shelter setting and include crisis intervention, screening, assessment, counseling, and case management. Positive outcomes are achieved through purposeful and respectful relationships rooted in trauma-informed care, hope, and evidence-based research.

Responsibilities
- Deliver crisis intervention, screening, assessment, counseling, and case management in a short-term shelter setting.
- Build purposeful and respectful relationships with youth using trauma-informed care principles.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field.
- Proven experience working with children, families, and diverse populations.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Flexible availability to work 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts as scheduled.
Pay
3rd shift and weekend shift hours are paid a $1.00 per hour premium above the regular hourly wage.
