About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscaping Crew Member to join our team. In this role, you will work alongside our experienced professionals to deliver high-quality landscaping services to our residential clients. Your work will contribute to creating and maintaining beautiful, functional, and sustainable outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing debris.
• Assist in the installation and maintenance of hardscaping features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Plant, mulch, and maintain gardens, trees, shrubs, and flowers.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Install and maintain irrigation systems, including sprinklers and drip lines.
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other treatments to promote plant health.
• Perform seasonal clean-ups, including leaf removal and snow clearing (where applicable).
• Assist in landscape design implementation, following plans and specifications.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing client questions and concerns professionally.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience in landscaping, lawn care, or a related field is an asset but not required; training will be provided.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of plants, tools, and landscaping techniques is a plus.

Schedule

• Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
• Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
• Seasonal overtime may be required during peak periods.
