What you’ll be doing:

This is a 1099 contract position with a schedule of Mondays 4:30pm-5:50pm, Thursdays 4:30pm-5:50pm and Saturdays 9am-10:10am (can be flexible if unable to work one of these days).

• Facilitates yoga groups during scheduled programming times in accordance with patients' physical, social, and emotional needs.
• Teaches yoga aligned with Health At Every Size (HAES) principles.
• Interacts with patients in a trauma-informed manner.
• Manages patient sign in sheet for each group.
• Reports any concerns to clinical leadership.

Must haves:

• Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance (required)
• Knowledge of trauma informed care principles (required)
• At least 200 hours of yoga teacher training (required)
• Experience teaching yoga to adolescents and adults (required)

Bonus qualities:

• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
• Experience teaching yoga in a mental healthcare setting (preferred)

Compensation

The compensation range for this position is based upon candidate experience and market expectations.

Illinois Pay Range: $28 - $36 USD
