R360 Environmental Solutions, a Waste Connections company, is the nation’s leading environmental oilfield waste management provider. We are seeking a Heavy Equipment PM Mechanic to join our team at the Antelope Draw Facility. This is a day-shift position with occasional weekends, offering year-round steady work and family benefits.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on diesel trucks and heavy equipment/yellow iron.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems.
- Use onboard computer systems to identify and resolve vehicle issues.
- Complete work orders and documentation using fleet maintenance software.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and perform on-site service calls.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and OSHA-compliant work environment.
Requirements
- 1+ years of hands-on mechanic experience, preferably on heavy equipment/yellow iron.
- Must have your own tools.
- Basic computer skills for diagnostics and documentation.
- Commitment to safety practices and PPE usage.
Pay
$87,000 – $102,000 annually ($24–$28+/hr., based on experience, plus overtime).
Schedule
Monday – Friday, with occasional weekends. 55–60 hour weeks on day shift.
