Year Long Camp Intern - Southwind (May 2026 Start)

About the role

Interns play a vital role in Young Life’s camping ministry. They are committed to Christ, have leadership abilities, and are eager to grow in their relationship with Christ. They will serve together, serving Christ, kids, and each other, and will develop as leaders in ministry.

Responsibilities

• Be ready, willing, and able to fulfill ministry functions as required by the organization.
• Refrain from conduct and statements that detract from biblical standards taught by Young Life.
• Absorb all policies and practices of Young Life, including those related to religious belief or ministry activities.

Requirements

• Believe in the mission of Young Life and seek the Lord's calling in their lives.
• Show qualities of faithfulness in their lives.
• Have a sincere hunger to grow in an intimate, abiding relationship with Jesus.
• Possess past experience on summer staff or work crew at a Young Life camp, or similar camping ministry.
• Be at least 2 years out of high school or at least 20 years old.
• Commit to the full term of the internship program and adhere to the duties and expectations listed.

Skills
