About the role

Interns play a vital role in Young Life's camping ministry. They are committed to Christ, have leadership abilities, and are eager to grow in their relationship with Christ. Interns aim to serve Christ, kids, and each other, and develop as ministry leaders.

Responsibilities

• Be ready, willing, and able to fulfill ministry functions as required by the organization.
• Refrain from conduct and statements that detract from biblical standards taught by Young Life.
• Absorb all policies and practices of Young Life, including those related to religious belief or ministry activities.

Requirements

• Believe in the mission of Young Life and seek God's leading.
• Have qualities of faithfulness in their lives.
• Willing to commit to the full term of the internship program and fulfill the duties and expectations listed.
• Past experience on summer staff or work crew at a Young Life camp, or similar camping ministry, is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old or have at least 2 years out of high school.
• Willing to commit to full-term of the internship program.
