Cornish WebServices offers internships and year-in-industry placements in digital design, development, and marketing. We specialize in multilingual websites and marketing, as well as web development and design for over one hundred organizations, including Alcoa, The British Museum, Defra, The Children’s Society, Next Holiday, and Readicut. Opportunities are available year-round.

Most roles are based in our Kent office (Canterbury Innovation Centre), with some opportunities in Cornwall (Truro). Staff typically work partially from home (1–3 days per week) and in the office (2–5 days per week). We particularly welcome applicants fluent in languages such as Chinese, Arabic, Russian, Portuguese, Spanish, French, and German.

Digital Marketing (Kent)

This role involves a variety of digital marketing tasks, including website, mobile, and social marketing. It suits analytical individuals interested in business and marketing studies, with strong report and article writing skills. We require either excellent written English or fluency in another language for multilingual work. Please indicate your experience with Excel when applying.

Front-End Designer / Web Developer (Kent)

Responsibilities may include designing and coding mobile sites, mobile apps, Facebook apps, and websites.

Requirements

• Strong eye for design
• Good HTML/CSS coding ability
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript/JQuery (able to implement JQuery)
• Good knowledge of English

Preferred (but not essential)

• Excellent HTML/CSS
• Knowledge of LESS CSS
• Excellent JavaScript/JQuery
• Some knowledge of PHP/MySQL
• Experience with graphic packages (e.g., Adobe Fireworks, Photoshop)
• Fluency in other languages (especially Arabic, Russian, German, Spanish)

Web Developer (Kent)

Requirements

• Knowledge of JavaScript/Ajax/JQuery (able to implement JQuery)
• Good knowledge of English

Copywriting Internship (Kent)
