Duties And Responsibilities

• Overtake and coordinate yard switcher activities.
• Instruct yard switchers on trailer movement.
• Maintain yard capacity.
• Match building needs with schedules.
• Coordinate removal of defective trailers for repairs.
• Monitor trailer content and pool activities.
• Implement DOT and company rules and procedures.
• Secure and maintain company assets.
• Provide daily and weekly reporting to customers.
• Enter trailer pool and yard activity data into a customer web-based portal.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or GED.
• One year of relevant experience.
• Ability to work well with people and maintain good relations.
• Organized and independent work style.
• Effective time management skills.
