Responsibilities
- Work with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Present various finance options including PCP and HP
- Help customers calculate monthly payments and total costs
- Ensure customers understand all aspects of the contract, including excess per mile and option to purchase fee
- Manage customer inquiries and complaints
- Handle paperwork and documentation related to finance agreements
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of finance products and regulations
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred
- Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some experience in a customer-facing role
