Essential Job Functions

• Responsibility for general building maintenance
• Responsibility for maintaining cleanliness of facility including restrooms, storage areas, garages and grounds
• Walks property to check for repairs
• Removes environmental hazards
• Parking lot maintenance - cleans and maintains a safe parking lot and outlying property
• Maintains the ground foliage including grass, plants and trees
• Mows grass, trims trees, weeds flower beds, edges borders, and cleans gutters as needed
• Paints specified areas as determined
