Primary Job Duties
- Work to load and unload company delivery trucks to fulfill customer orders.
- Under the direction of senior plant personnel, complete assigned yard tasks, such as routine clean up or maintenance of grounds.
- Operate equipment, such as forklift or skid loader in a safe and efficient manner.
- Conduct routine tasks that will require general labor activities such as shoveling, lifting and/or moving materials with and without assistance.
- Conduct general outdoor and indoor housekeeping of the yard and buildings.
- Complete daily maintenance assignments.
- Must complete all required paperwork including accounting, timecards, safety or equipment reports on a daily basis.
- Must work safely and take action to prevent any and all unsafe actions, processes, and behaviors.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- A valid driver's license.
- A strong work ethic.
- Safety-mindedness.
- Willingness to be part of a team.
- Ability to communicate well.
- Ability to follow directions.
- Ability to work independently.
- Physical requirements: kneel, climb, walk, twist, lift up to 100 pounds.
