Yard & Building Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Operates equipment, such as a forklift or front loader in a safe and efficient manner.
• Conducts routine tasks that will require general labor activities such as shoveling, lifting, and/or moving materials with or without assistance.
• Assists in organizing inventory to be safely and efficiently retrieved or stored.
• Completes required paperwork for accounting, payroll, operations or material inventory as directed.
• Always works safely and takes action to prevent any and all unsafe actions, processes, and behaviors.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Construction Building Materials experience
• High school graduate or GED equivalent
• Valid commercial driver’s license
• Basic understanding of general repairs, maintenance work, landscaping, construction skills and tools
• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to travel around to different locations
• Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
• Ability to work flexible shifts which include days, nights, weekends and overtime
• Displays a professional and courteous attitude towards all team members and customers

Qualifications
