Yard Laborer - Trench Safety
About the role
Trench Safety Division at Sunstate Equipment Co. is seeking a dedicated Equipment Support II - Yard Laborer to join our team. This position offers competitive pay dependent on experience, free uniforms and safety equipment, and unique benefits including overtime averaging.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload equipment for customers and drivers ensuring the load and trailer are properly secured.
- Regularly perform an inventory on equipment and other various duties as assigned.
- Work outdoors with fellow branch members constructing trench, MAP boxes, and hydraulic shore materials to specific dimensions.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license.
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Bilingual a plus.
Qualifications
Ability to work well on your own or within a team. Working outdoors (this is not a warehouse position).
Skills
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
- Attention to detail.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.

Pay
$20.00 to $22.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Schedule
Monday – Friday: 6 AM–5 PM (overtime eligible).
