Yard Laborer - Trench Safety

Pay: $23–$29 per hour, dependent on experience. Paid weekly.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7AM – 5PM (overtime eligible).

Location: Salem, OR 97317

Responsibilities

• Work outdoors constructing trench boxes, MAP boxes, and hydraulic shoring by hand
• Load and unload shoring on a sit-down forklift for customers and drivers, ensuring proper load securement
• Perform regular inventory on equipment and other assigned duties
• Pressure wash equipment and return to stock
• Occasional painting of equipment
• Organize inventory and maintain a tidy work area
• Assemble MAP boxes and perform minor repairs on hydraulic systems
• Collaborate with the team to safely and efficiently fill orders
