Yard Laborer - Trench Safety
About the role
Trench Safety Division at Sunstate Equipment Co. is seeking a part-time Equipment Support I - Yard Laborer to join our dynamic team. This position offers competitive pay starting at $15-$18 per hour, paid weekly, with exceptional benefits including uniforms provided and cleaned for free, work boot allowance, rental of any of our equipment for free, free prescription safety glasses, and unique vacation overtime averaging.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload equipment for customers and drivers ensuring the load and trailer are properly secured.
- Regularly perform an inventory on equipment and other various duties as assigned.
- Work outdoors with fellow branch members constructing trench, MAP boxes, and hydraulic shore materials to specific dimensions.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license.
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Bilingual a plus.
Qualifications
Ability to work well on your own or within a team.
Skills
None specifically listed, but strong physical stamina and manual dexterity are required due to the nature of the work.
