Responsibilities
- Maintain yard organization and safely spot trailers.
- Help inspect containers, manage equipment, and ensure safe job duties.
- Clean and perform basic maintenance on trailers.
- Represent ADS in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Display excellent customer service skills.
- Work 40+ hours per week and weekends as required.
- Report directly to the Yard Supervisor and/or Yard Manager.
Job Skills
- Leadership, professionalism, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of all ADS products.
- Receiving procedures.
- Forklift skills.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Basic maintenance skills.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and move heavy items, repeatedly lifting up to 75 pounds to a height of 6 feet.
- Stand and be mobile for a minimum of 8 continuous hours.
- Work in temperature extremes.
- Handle materials daily.
