Yard Driver

About the Role

We are currently seeking a reliable and professional Yard Driver to join our team in Cinnaminson, NJ. Candidates must have at least 1 year of verifiable experience in the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Drive a gas- or diesel-powered tractor trailer combination to move trailers and containers from door to door.
• Move trailers from door to door using a company software program.
• Drive trailers and containers from door to door in a yard setting, not over the road driving.
• Open and close trailer doors when making moves.
• Update moves made throughout the shift using a company software program.
• Work with other drivers to complete moves in the most efficient manner possible.
• Conduct daily inspections to ensure truck safety.
• Perform 30 plus or minus moves per day within the yard.

Requirements

• Valid Class A driver’s license.
• DOT Medical card required.
• Clean driving record (no speeding 15+ over, no DUI or criminal history).
• Minimum 1 year of verifiable Class A experience.
• Must complete full application process.
• Must pass yard test.
• Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S.

Pay

$27.00 per hour

Schedule

Sunday - Wednesday, 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM
