Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging.
- Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures.
- Operate digital radiography equipment.
- Follow physician orders to ensure accurate imaging for diagnosis and treatment.
- Maintain radiation safety standards.
- Verify patient identity before procedures.
- Document procedures in the EMR.
- Assist during emergent studies.
- Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and providers.
Qualifications & Skills
- Knowledge of radiography procedures, radiation safety, patient care, and EMR documentation.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to patient education and continuous quality improvement.
