About the role

An X-ray Technician supporting a multispecialty practice, responsible for performing diagnostic radiography, assisting physicians with patient evaluation and procedures, and maintaining accurate film records.

Responsibilities

• Preparing patients and exam rooms for diagnostic imaging
• Coordinating film readings with radiologists and physicians
• Relaying test preparation instructions to patients
• Ensuring patient confidentiality and privacy
• Managing administrative tasks such as documentation and correspondence

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of experience in radiography
• Current ARRT certification and NJ state license
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Current CPR certification
