Basic Qualifications

• Knowledge and execution of AS9100
• Ability to hand place SMT components prior to reflow
• Able to proficiently read and understand component and assembly documentation
• Self-Motivated and works to achieve high cohesion within the team
• Knowledge of electrical circuits
• US Citizen
• Able to obtain & maintain a Secret Security Clearance

We are seeking a Junior Technician in Severn, MD.

Role & Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of electronic assembly duties, to include MYDATA and Panasonic NPM-WX Pick and place machines, and associated machine tooling (feeders)
• Able to use engineering drawings and comprehend written or verbal instructions
• To apply constant evaluation of equipment to improve efficiency

Desired Skills

• Ability to proficiently read and understand assembly documentation
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Able to use most modern CAM/CAD software
• Able to exercise good judgement and problem solving skills
