Xfinity Sales Professional
Job Summary
This role is responsible for the promotion and selling of XFINITY Residential products and services within an assigned turf. It focuses on individual direct sales and/or multiple dwelling units to establish relationships and meet sales targets. The position utilizes extensive product knowledge and sales experience to maximize sales and winbacks.
Core Responsibilities
- Showcase Comcast product expertise and promote/sell to customers by door‑to‑door canvassing in the assigned area.
- Demonstrate current knowledge of XFINITY Residential products, including features, benefits, pricing, and campaigns.
- Communicate and develop rapport with customers effectively.
- Evaluate individual customers' existing and potential product needs and make recommendations.
- Increase customer understanding of Comcast products, pricing models, and unique benefits over other service providers.
- Evaluate offers from other companies and frame responses to showcase the advantages of Comcast.
- Meet physical requirements, including walking and traveling door‑to‑door for considerable distances in all weather conditions.
- Obtain and maintain any credentials and/or licenses necessary to sell and/or design alarm systems as required by law, where applicable.
- Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary.

Pay
Base Salary: $35,168.00 per year.
Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $69,168.00 per year.
Signing Bonus: $2,000 total, paid in two installments—$500 after 90 days of employment and $1,500 after 180 days, provided the employee remains in good standing. The signing bonus is only available to externally hired candidates during the applicable offering period and is subject to terms and exclusions.
Schedule
Must be able to work nights and weekends, with variable schedules and overtime as necessary.
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2–5 years of relevant work experience.
- Certifications (if applicable) as required for selling or designing alarm systems.
