Xfinity Retail Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service with all customer interactions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through diligent follow-up and service excellence.
• Help customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store.
• Answer questions about current or new services, make changes to account data, upgrade service levels, and process general service requests.
• Act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Provide expert-level understanding and passion around technology, especially Comcast products and services.
• Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.
• Contribute to a fun and competitive environment, connecting products and services to customers’ everyday lifestyles.
• Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and professional store environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible work schedule to meet retail operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes and move around the store constantly.
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience.

Pay

Base Pay: $15.63 per hour. Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $23.32 per hour. Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets.
