About the role
This position is located in CLARKSBURG, WV (CLARKSBURG).
Responsibilities
- Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options.
- Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to customers.
- Work a flexible schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
Requirements
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
- No prior sales experience necessary; training and coaching provided.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
Earnings range from $16.25 - $17.65 per hour, with potential for additional commissions based on meeting sales goals.
