Xfinity Field Sales Professional

About the Role

This role is responsible for the promotion and selling of XFINITY Residential products and services within an assigned territory, focusing on individual direct sales and/or multiple dwelling units to establish relationships and meet sales targets. The position utilizes extensive product knowledge and sales experience to maximize sales and winbacks.

Responsibilities

• Showcase Comcast product expertise and promote/sell to customers through door-to-door canvassing in an assigned area.
• Demonstrate current knowledge of XFINITY Residential products, including their features, benefits, pricing, and campaigns.
• Communicate effectively and develop rapport with customers to evaluate their existing and potential product needs, making tailored recommendations.
• Increase customer understanding of Comcast products, pricing models, and unique benefits over other service providers.
• Evaluate offers from competitors and frame responses that highlight Comcast’s advantages.
• Meet physical requirements of the job, including walking and traveling door-to-door for considerable distances in all weather conditions.
• Obtain and maintain any credentials and/or licenses necessary to sell and/or design alarm systems as required by law (where applicable).
• Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary.
• Embody Comcast’s Operating Principles in daily work, including owning the customer experience, driving results, and fostering a culture of inclusion.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to meet physical demands, including walking/traveling door-to-door in various weather conditions.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as needed.

Pay

Base Pay: $31,914.00. Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $75,917.00. Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets.
