About the role
You’ll work closely with our leadership team to manage day-to-day bookkeeping/admin workflows, keep records up to date, and support our use of ShiftCare and related platforms.
Responsibilities
- Xero bookkeeping support (day-to-day processing, reconciliations, and general upkeep)
- Invoicing and accounts administration (e.g., preparing invoices, following up on invoice queries as required)
- Support and administration in ShiftCare (and other related client management platforms as needed)
- Learn our systems quickly and help us get more value from them (training via documentation/videos, process notes, continuous improvement)
- Data entry and reporting support (accurate, timely, and well-organized)
- Follow defined processes and help improve them over time (suggest better ways, document steps, create checklists)
Requirements
- Highest reliability: strong, stable internet connection (and ideally a backup plan), consistent attendance, and dependable output
- Great attitude: service-minded, proactive, calm under pressure, and genuinely helpful
- Trainable and detail-focused: you learn tools fast and care about accuracy
- Experience with Xero is strongly preferred (certification is a plus)
- Experience with ShiftCare is highly regarded (or experience with similar CRM/client management systems and confidence learning ShiftCare quickly)
